Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All items are produced and printed on demand, per order via Printful. Printful is a 3rd party, on demand, printing and drop shipping service. This allows us (a super-small business) to produce products in a wide array of size and color options without needing to stock an off-site warehouse.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because we are a small company our return policy has some rules.
1. A return/exchange request must be submitted within 25 days
2. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost to the buyer
If this happens, send a photo to support@printful.com and they'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
3. No returns or refunds for "buyer's remorse"
4. Exchanges may be made for the same item in a different size. There may be additional shipping charges.
5. Any errors in shipping due to buyer inputting the wrong shipping address will result in additional shipping charges.
6. Check with your shipping carrier for item status before filing a return/exchange request.
